Former Rwandan Presidential aspirant, Diane Rwigara has been granted conditional bail by a Rwandan court. Diane was detained alongside her mother since last year since she attempted to run for the highest office in Rwanda.
The judge in delivering the verdict said the two women had to be released immediately but that they were debarred from leaving the capital, Kigali, without authorization.
